Carpark and Stairwell Ventilation

Design, switchboard construction and commissioning of the electrical and control systems for the carpark and  stairwell ventilation systems.

Mechanical Systems:

• 4 x MSSBs
• 3 x carpark levels with carbon monoxide monitoring and control,
• 2 x full building height stairwells with pressure control, including full fireman’s override facilities

Controls:

• Loytec LIOB controllers (standalone)
