Custom Earth Bar Manufacture
Pope Electrical provides manufacture of custom built earth bars for Switchrooms, Telecomunications buildings and Switchboards.
These include:
- Copper earth bars in sizes 25mm to 100mm wide in 6 or 10mm bar thickness
- Tinned or plain finish
- Bars manufactured in up to 4 metre lengths with splice plates supplied for greater required lengths (8 metre on application)
- Multiple punching of holes to standard or custom dimensions
- Round or slotted holes
- Internal/external bends
- Insulated standoffs
- Bolts can be provided in plated mild steel or stainless steel
- Drawings can be provided
Manufacture time depending on quantity can be in as soon as next day delivery from our large stock of material
